For over 20 years, Harvard ManageMentor® has helped global organizations unlock their leadership potential with content designed to engage and inspire. It combines high-quality leadership content with a unique design that puts learning into action.

The Problem

I was recruited by Harvard Business Publishing to join their Agile team responsible for updating and expanding the design system of their corporate learning platform, Harvard ManageMentor (HMM). Our team faced several challenges along the way:

--Most configurations were not accounted for in the design system, leading to areas of the product lacking proper design.

--The spacing, colors, and text styles varied across components, requiring standardization to enhance consistency.
