We reimagined Harvard ManageMentor’s foundation, taking a Design System approach to every component, variable, and configuration needed. Accessibility was built in from the start, with AA-Level WCAG compliance ensuring every leader can take part in the journey.

And because learning should feel as intuitive as it is inspiring, we redesigned the course navigation and experience to match the patterns of today’s users, making every step forward seamless, modern, and meaningful.
